The above-mentioned pricing is applicable only for Private Limited company registrations including one director.
If the requirement is to register a Limited Company, a Guarantee Limited Company, or an Association, the charges may vary and a quotation can be obtained by contacting the Compact Team.
Additional directors are charged at Rs. 4,153/= per director.
If certified copies of Form 18 and Form 19 are required, an additional fee of Rs. 1,357/= will be charged for each certified copy.
The Registrar of Companies currently issues only soft copies of registered documents.
