The above-mentioned pricing is applicable only for Private Limited company registrations including one director.
If the requirement is to register a Limited Company, a Guarantee Limited Company, or an Association, the charges may vary and a quotation can be obtained by contacting the Compact Team.
If additional directors are to be added to the company, a fee of Rs. 5,000/- will be charged per director, and the total will depend on the number of additional directors.
Under the Beneficial Ownership Regulation No. 1 of 2026, an additional fee of Rs. 7,000 will be charged for the submission of Beneficial Ownership Forms (BO 05 and BO 07) at the time of incorporation.
If certified copies of Form 18 and Form 19 are required, an additional fee of Rs. 1,600/- will be charged for each certified copy.
The ROC now provides only soft copies of registered documents and has stopped issuing hard copies of the BRC and other related documents since 2023.
